transactions between merchants and their customers.

To access the Platform, users must create an account and provide accurate, current, and complete

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities
that occur under your account.

4. Subscription and Payments
• The Platform operates on a monthly subscription basis.
• Payments can be made through Stripe, CIB, Baridimob, CCP, or other supported payment methods.
• Payments made through Stripe or CIB result in instant and automatic activation.
• Payments made manually (e.g., CCP or bank transfer) are verified and activated within 24 hours after
confirmation.
All payment transactions are handled securely through Stripe’s infrastructure in accordance with its
Terms and Privacy Policy.

5. Free Trial
New users are entitled to a 7-day free trial that includes access to all premium features, limited to 30
orders.
Once the trial period ends, the store is temporarily deactivated until a paid subscription is activated.
All data and settings remain securely stored during this period.

6. Refund Policy
All monthly subscriptions are non-refundable once the account is activated.
Users may cancel automatic renewal at any time before the next billing cycle without incurring
additional charges.

It is strictly prohibited to use the Platform to sell illegal products, distribute malicious software,
